A restaurant that blends Asian hot pots with Korean barbecue has leased 10,000 s.f. at Neptune Plaza Shopping Center at 2200 US 66 in Neptune, New Jersey. KPOT is “a unique, hands-on, all-you-can-eat experience that merges traditional Asian hot pot with Korean BBQ flavors.”
KPot will occupy a portion of the junior anchor space facing Rt. 66. Kevin Pelio of Azarian Realty Co. represented the landlord, while Stephan Miller of Welco Realty, Inc. represented the tenant in this transaction. Other tenants in Neptune Plaza Shopping Center are World Class ShopRite, TD Bank, and IHOP.
