Welco Realty Inc., New Rochelle, NY: Jerry Welkis, President of Welco Realty represented the landlord, Paramus Roller Skating Arena, Inc. in the leasing of 20,000 s.f. to Boot Barn located at 450 Route 17 North, Paramus, New Jersey. Michael Horne, Ripco Real Estate, LLC represented the tenant. This will be their first store in Bergen County, New Jersey.
